Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase at WeXcellent, simply return the item within 14 days from purchase date with your receipt. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them

Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment. A purchase made with a credit card: a refund will be issued to the original account. Please note delivery fees are not refundable once the order has shipped or if the merchandise is returned to the store.
 

How do I return a wrong or defective item?
 
Go ahead and return any wrong or damaged item as normal. Unfortunately, we won't reimburse for shipping and handling. The shipping and handling costs are nonrefundable.
 
How do I check my return status?
 
To find out when your return will be processed, you'll want to take into consideration the shipment time and the return processing time. Ship time varies based on the shipping method you used to return your order. Return processing is usually 1-2 weeks once we receive a return or exchange. Most returns are processed just a few days after we receive them.
 
When your return is processed, we'll send you a notification email. If you believe your return should have been processed, but never received a notification, check your spam folder to make sure the email didn't get marked as spam and feel free to check in with our Customer Support.
