What payment types do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Visa Debit, PayPal, wire transfer, e-wallet, and WeXcellent Debit Card.

What Is WeXcellent?

WeXcellent is International Social e-commerce network company, promoting products and services all over the world.

Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

Yes! When your order ships, you will be emailed a tracking number. It can take up to 24 to 48 hours for a tracking number to register on the carrier’s website. You can also check for a tracking number under Order Status in My Account.

What’s a Security Code?

Security codes, sometimes called card verification data, are the digits, usually 3, on the back of your credit card. For cardholder security, we ask you to input these digits during check out.

How do I Log In / Sign In?

On the top bar, go to Members, and then click on Login or Registration. A new page will appear for you to either login by using the social media account or email address you used to sign up with, and password. If you can't remember your password, no problem. Anytime you need to reset your password, you may do this by clicking "Forgot your Password?" which can be found on the Login screen. You will receive a separate email with your password, then log in and change your password. Please ensure your new password will be safe.

How to Unsubscribe from our mailing list?

To unsubscribe from the WeXcellent.Com mailing list is easy! Open the most recent email from us and scroll to the very bottom of the email. Look for the link: Update Email Profile | Unsubscribe Just click Unsubscribe and follow the instructions! Sorry to see you go. Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

Yes! WeXcellent.Com understands that the safety of your personal information is extremely important to you. We use a wide array of the best-in-class electronic and physical security measures and devices to protect your personal data and credit card information from unauthorized access. We don't save any of your credit card information.

Who do you ship the product with?

Great question! It really depends on what you're ordering. Each supplier has a contract with a carrier of their choice, so it could be local Post, or UPS, FedEx, DHL or another provider with tracking confirmation.

Are my shipping charges refundable if I return a product?

NO. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you return an item that had a shipping charge on it, your refund total will not include the shipping charge when the return is approved.

Why do I need to verify my purchase three times?

We verify your purchase three times for security, to make sure you are the user and card holder. We do that with Password entry to your account, Transaction Password for purchase, and SMS code verification to confirm you are the customer.

How to invite friend to WeXcellent?

To refer a friend to WeXcellent.com, please login to your Account. On the left side you will see the tabs. Tell Everyone Or Register a friend and/or Invite a friend. Click and follow the steps. Once this is completed and they click the link and register, you will receive an email letting you know who signed up.
